Tiene como objetivo exponer todo el posible contenido que utilizaré para la realización de mi tesina del Máster en Antropología y Etnografía en la Universitat de Barcelona.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El tema de la tesina es antropología de la empresa, más especificamente el estudio de la cultura organizacional en empresas españolas. La investigación que planteo será realizada a partir de un estudio de caso en una empresa (cuya cual estaré trabajando en el sector de RRHH). Este campo de la antropología aplicada busca emplear las teorías y métodos de la disciplina al estudio de las relaciones de las organizaciones del sector privado con su entorno, en su interior y con el extranjero.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esta área de estudios de la antropología posee una vocación interdisciplinaria, ya que aplica aportaciones básicas que la disciplina realiza de forma general a la ciencia (como por ejemplo el método etnográfico, el concepto de cultura y la atención particular al contexto) para la investigación organizacional. Puede ser perfectamente una antropología que trabaje e investigue acerca de o sobre la empresa, la industria o los negocios.
